KDC BUILDERS PTY LTD: Bruce Eggleston has been actively working in the building industry for over 40 years successfully.​ ​Bruce has progressed during his varied career in the electrical and building industry. Qualified Electrical Contractor and Registered Building Contractor (Company); Registered Building Practitioner (Individual).

Bruce has completed and is working on custom designed (multi-unit developments), new builds, providing a "turn key" start to finish property development, design and approvals, following with undertaking the building contracts for repeat valued clients, KDC & KDC BUILDERS also performs renovations. 

 

Previous building, electrical and air-conditioning works undertaken solo and/or in conjunction with other builders performed include, residential renovations, additions, including heritage listed properties.

Bruce has gained valuable electrical, building and renovation experience, working in conjunction with a property developer, builders and my wife's Interior Design Consultancy business (INTERIORS BY KEE) performing mid-high end renovations.

​​To achieve a successful outcome Bruce, has experience with design, building and renovations. Knowledge of building products, building product suitability and longevity is paramount to the successful outcome. Limiting projects undertaken at any one time, is a sure way to achieving a successful build or renovation. Client liaison and updates of the project, including explaining the build process and pros and cons of products, build techniques and address any issues that may arise during the building process and stages. We strive to find suitable and efficient solutions, streamlining the build and outcome.
